Located on famous Wangfujing Street in Dongcheng District, the new luxury development in Beijing features Australian-designed and manufactured operable architecture in a suspended walkway in the form of thirty automated roof panels that slide away to reveal audio-visual equipment.
In the role of project liaison for TILT, Dominion House handled communications with major stakeholders, including the developer in Hong Kong and the construction firm in Beijing. Key issues such as scheduling, payments, equipment importation into China, installation and site visits by Australian personnel were successfully managed by our Shanghai office.
